  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder For the au jus.

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Method

Bake the slider rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F, then grease a 9x13 baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls, then place the cut bottoms into the dish.
  3. Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese evenly over the roll bottoms, then place the roll tops on.
  4. Whisk the melted butter with Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped parsley until blended, then brush generously over the roll tops.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, until the rolls are warmed through and starting to set.
  6. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes at 350°F until the tops are golden.
Make au jus and serve
  1. Simmer the beef broth with Worcestershire, soy sauce, and garlic powder for 5 minutes to build a dark, savory au jus.
  2. Serve the sliders hot with the au jus on the side for dipping.

Notes

For extra pull-apart softness, keep the sliders covered with foil while you finish the au jus so they stay warm. Store leftover sliders in the refrigerator up to 3 days; reheat covered at 325°F until hot. Freezing is not recommended because the rolls can soften after thawing. For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free Hawaiian-style sweet rolls and proceed the same way.
