Ingredients

Apple cider Aperol spritz
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz apple cider chilled
  • 3 oz prosecco chilled
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • 1 ice
  • 1 thin apple slice
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method

Build the spritz
  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour in Aperol and apple cider.
  3. Top with prosecco and sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently once to combine.
  5. Garnish with the apple slice and cinnamon stick, then serve.

Notes

For the coldest flavor, chill the apple cider and prosecco for at least 30 minutes before mixing. Serve immediately to keep the bubbles lively. Store leftovers covered in the fridge up to 24 hours, but carbonation will fade. Freezing is not recommended. For a lower-alcohol swap, reduce prosecco to 1.5 oz and replace the rest with chilled sparkling water.
